Mindfulness is a basic human quality.  It is a way of paying attention to whatever is happening in our life in this moment.  This allows us to connect more deeply to who we are and to our life, both inside and out.  Each of us is able to live mindfully regardless of who we are, what we know and whether we have experienced it before.  Just as we are able to think, we are able to be mindful!

Growing studies have shown that having a regular mindfulness practice can significantly improve all aspects of life including: improved sleep and concentration, decreased illness and stress and increased empathy for ourselves and others.
